What is Boudoir?
The word boudoir itself comes from a French word which means "a woman’s private salon or bedroom." Majority of my boudoir sessions do take place in my private studio, but I love options, so wherever you feel your most confident and sexy is the best background for your boudoir session.
When people think of boudoir they mostly imagine sexy lingerie and posing, but I like to think of boudoir as celebrating your femininity and sexuality in whatever way this resonates with you. Whether that means a three piece lingerie set or baggy jeans and your favourite bra, I want you to walk away from this experience feeling so beautiful and confident in yourself.

I've heard this all before and the truth is, you're never going to feel FULLY ready. Boudoir is one of those experiences you just have to jump into and trust the process. I promise, I'll guide you through every pose! I prep you way before the session, I know how to get your best angles, how to hype you up, how to pose you and simply be your friend throughout this experience. You aren't doing this alone and you'll thank yourself later for gifting this experience to yourself. There's no perfect time, perfect weight or perfect type of person for boudoir. I truly believe every single woman should invest in a boudoir session at least once in their life. Believe me, no one walks out the studio door regretting trying something new and celebrating themself.

The Boudoir Experience
Before your session, I will send you a boudoir guide walking you through what to expect for the entire time that we're together. I'll send you outfit inspo and tips for hair and makeup! (Hint: Keep your hair down-it'll get messy anyway). From the second you book me, I am available for any questions you have! My goal is for you to arrive to the studio feeling confident and beautiful!

The Gallery
Once you arrive, we'll go through all the lingerie you brought and pick out your favourites! I encourage all of my client's to bring a few options and layering pieces so we can capture a few different looks! Jeans, button down shirts and comfy sweaters are also totally okay to bring if you're more comfortable in those pieces!
This is a new experience for majority of my clients. If you're worried about not knowing how to pose, please DO NOT stress! I'm right there beside you showing every single pose and guiding you through them. We try multiple looks and angles and the entire session typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
I know how excited you are to see your images so I make sure to send some sneak peeks within 7 days! Your entire gallery is delivered to you within 3-4 weeks. All galleries are password protected.
